Service Statement:

The purpose is to service the modern timepiece(s) to the original factory specifications utilizing genuine replacement  parts. Vintage timepieces will be restored as close to original, considering age and condition of timepiece.

Service Policies:

• A detailed estimate will be provided after a comprehensive examination of each timepiece. Client's requests and condition of the timepiece will be noted on all paperwork.

• An estimate will be sent by post, fax or email upon client's preference.

• An initial charge for estimating, administration, and shipping of $45.00 is necessary, but is applied toward the estimate price upon approval of service. We currently accept money orders and PayPal for payments. We request payment in full just prior to shipping the timepiece back to the client.

• Return shipping is carried out by USPS registered mail and insured for comparable replacement cost. Please contact us for shipping instructions when preparing your timepiece for shipment.

• We service current timepieces where we have open spare parts accounts. We have accounts with Rolex, Patek Philippe and Swatch Group (Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, and Rado). We are currently unable to accommodate Tag Heuer, Movado, Ebel and Audemars Piguet.

• Basic services for crown or crystal replacement, or other partial repair are dependent on previous service having been performed by us. 

• We do NOT work on counterfeit watches


Complete Repair Services Include:

• Complete disassembly, cleaning, replacement of worn/damaged parts, oiling and timing adjustment to movement.

• Refinishing of Case and Bracelet to near original condition following factory standards.

• Replacement of all Gaskets and testing of water resistance through vacuum, pressure and humidity tests.

• Final control testing of 4-7 days for proper functioning of components.

• A (1) one year service warranty on movement parts and workmanship, though exclusions encompass accidents or rough handling on the part of the owner.
